During the holiday period, we are a few fewer people than usual. Lovely Linen is a small company with a big love for linen, beautiful materials and personal service, but even we need a little rest sometimes.

This means that response times, return handling and refunds may take a little longer than usual. It may also be more difficult to reach us by phone during this period.

We are doing our very best to help you as quickly as we can and truly appreciate your patience. Orders are shipped as usual, but email replies and return handling may sometimes need a few extra days.

Of course, we will help you with your return even if the handling takes longer than normal. You do not need to worry if more than 30 days have passed, as long as you have contacted us or sent your return in connection with the return period.
