How does the made-to-measure process work?
+Simply fill in the form above with your measurements, quantity and product type. We’ll get back to you with a quote, delivery estimate and any follow-up questions before we start production. Once you’ve approved the offer, we make the product according to your specifications.
Can I order any size I want?
+In most cases, yes. We can tailor curtains, tablecloths, bedding and cushion covers to your exact measurements. Some larger pieces may need to be joined from several fabric panels due to natural width limitations in the linen weave. We always inform you about this when sending your quote, including how seams or joins will be placed.
What is the delivery time for custom orders?
+The delivery time is usually 1–4 weeks depending on product type and season. During peak periods it may take a little longer, but we always provide a clear estimate with your quote.
Can I return a made-to-measure item?
+As each piece is made specifically for you, custom orders are non-refundable under consumer law. However, if anything goes wrong on our side – such as incorrect size or colour compared to what was agreed – we will of course fix it at no cost to you.
Can I order fabric samples before deciding?
+Absolutely. We’re happy to send you fabric samples so you can see the texture and colour at home before placing your order. Order your free fabric samples directly in our webshop.
How is the price for a custom order calculated?
+The price depends on the amount of fabric, product type and sewing details such as hem, finish and attachments. Many made-to-measure items are priced close to our standard range, but we always calculate precisely and send a clear quote before you decide.
