We want shopping with Lovely Linen to feel easy and safe. Here you’ll find our terms – first a short and simple explanation, followed by a bit more detail for those who want to know more.

1. Age requirement

You need to be 18 years or older to shop with us.

We reserve the right to cancel orders if the information provided is incorrect or if there are unpaid debts.

2. Prices & VAT

• All prices are shown in SEK or EUR.
• Within Sweden/EU, VAT is included.
• Outside the EU, prices are displayed at checkout without VAT.

Please note that customs duties and local taxes may apply for deliveries outside the EU. These costs are beyond our control.

3. Delivery time

• Products in stock are usually shipped within 1–3 working days.
• Made-to-order or temporarily out-of-stock products may take 10–14 working days.
• If your order includes both in-stock and longer lead-time items, everything will be shipped together. To receive items faster, we recommend placing two separate orders.

If something is delayed, we will contact you by e-mail. For longer delays, you always have the right to cancel your purchase.

4. Order confirmation

When your order has been placed, we’ll send you a confirmation by e-mail.

Please save the e-mail – it can be useful if you need to contact our customer service.

5. Payment

We offer several safe and convenient options:

• Advance invoice – an invoice is sent to your e-mail, your order ships once the payment has been registered.
• PayPal – pay easily with your account or card.
• Kustom – choose Klarna, invoice, instalments, card, or bank transfer.
• Swish – pay instantly with BankID (Sweden only).

For returns, we refund the amount within 10 days from receiving your item.

6. Shipping & delivery

6.1. Within Sweden

• DHL Service Point: always free delivery to a service point.
• PostNord MyPack Collect: 69 SEK, delivery to the nearest service point.
  
• PostNord MyPack Home: 99 SEK, home delivery.

6.2. Within the EU

• Shipped with UPS or DHL. Shipping cost: 120 SEK / 12 EUR per order.

6.3. Outside the EU

• Shipped with UPS. The shipping cost is shown at checkout.
• Customs duties and local taxes may apply.

If an order is not collected and is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge you for the costs incurred (currently 150 SEK / 15 EUR).

If a parcel is damaged or lost during transport, we take full responsibility and make sure you receive a new item.

7. Right of withdrawal & returns

You always have a 30-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order.

Here’s how it works:

1. Contact our customer service within 30 days.
2. Provide your order number and the items you want to return.
3. You will receive a return label and instructions from us.

To be approved, the returned item must be in substantially unchanged condition. We recommend using the original packaging to avoid damage during transport.

8. Faults & complaints

We want you to be happy with your purchase.

• If something went wrong – for example if you received a defective or incorrect item – please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll assist you.
• In many cases, we can quickly solve the issue by sending a replacement or correcting the error.
• According to Swedish consumer law, you have the right to make a complaint about a product for up to 3 years.

To speed things up: please include a short description of the problem when contacting us. If you purchased from one of our retailers, please contact them directly for assistance.

9. Extra costs outside the EU

If you live outside the EU, customs duties or local taxes may apply.

As we cannot predict or influence these costs, we recommend checking with your local authorities before placing your order.

10. Disputes

In the event of a dispute, we always follow the recommendations of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
