TERMS & CONDITIONS

We want shopping at Lovely Linen to feel safe, clear and effortless. Below you’ll find our purchase and delivery terms. Each section begins with a formal description of what applies, followed by a shorter and more easy-to-read summary.


1. Age requirement

To enter into an agreement and place an order on lovelylinen.com, you must be at least 18 years old. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete. Lovely Linen reserves the right to cancel or suspend an order in case of suspected incorrect information, unauthorized use or outstanding payments.

In short: you must be 18 years old and provide correct information to shop with us.


2. Prices & VAT

All prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) or euros (EUR), depending on the selected country, and include VAT within Sweden and other EU countries, in accordance with applicable VAT legislation. For deliveries outside the EU, prices are shown excluding VAT. Any customs duties, import taxes or administrative fees incurred for deliveries outside the EU are the responsibility of the customer.

In short: within the EU, VAT is always included in the price. Outside the EU, customs duties and local fees may apply.


3. Delivery time

Products in stock are normally dispatched within 1–3 business days from receipt of payment. For made-to-order items or products that are temporarily out of stock, delivery time is usually 10–14 business days. If an order contains products with different delivery times, the order will be shipped together unless otherwise agreed. Lovely Linen reserves the right to minor deviations in delivery time.

In the event of significant delays, the customer will be informed by email and has the right to cancel the purchase.

In short: in-stock items ship quickly, special or backordered items take a bit longer. If there’s a major delay, we’ll get in touch.


4. Order confirmation

Once we have received your order, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided. The confirmation serves as a receipt that we have received your order but does not necessarily constitute a binding agreement until the order has been processed and approved.

In short: keep the order confirmation – it’s useful if you need to contact us.


5. Payment

Lovely Linen offers several secure payment options. Available payment methods may vary depending on country and order value. For advance payment, the item will be shipped once payment has been registered. For invoice or installment payments, the terms and conditions of the respective payment service provider apply.

  • Kustom (Klarna, card, invoice, installments, bank transfer)
  • Swish

Refunds for approved returns are processed no later than 10 days after the item has been received and inspected.

In short: choose the payment method that suits you best – we only use secure solutions.


6. Shipping & delivery

6.1. Sweden

Within Sweden, we offer several shipping options. Shipping costs and available choices are shown at checkout before the purchase is completed.

  • DHL Service Point – free delivery to pickup point
  • PostNord MyPack Collect – 69 SEK
  • PostNord MyPack Home – 99 SEK

6.2. EU

Deliveries within the EU are made with DHL or UPS. Flat shipping rate of 120 SEK / 12 EUR per order.

6.3. Outside the EU

Deliveries outside the EU are made with UPS. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. The customer is responsible for any customs duties and import taxes.

Uncollected shipments that are returned to us will be charged an administrative fee, currently 150 SEK / 15 EUR.

In short: we pack and ship safely – if a parcel isn’t collected, a fee applies. If something is damaged in transit, we’ll take care of it.


7. Right of withdrawal & returns

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days from the day you receive the item, in accordance with distance selling regulations. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact customer service within this time period.

  1. Notify us that you wish to return an item.
  2. Provide your order number and the products concerned.
  3. Follow the return instructions you receive from us.

The product must be returned in essentially unchanged condition. Lovely Linen reserves the right to make a deduction for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to determine the product’s characteristics.

In short: you have 30 days. Handle items with care and pack them properly when returning.


8. Faulty items & complaints

If an item is faulty or damaged, you have the right to file a complaint in accordance with consumer protection law. Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after the defect is discovered and no later than three years from receipt of the item.

If a complaint is approved, Lovely Linen undertakes to remedy the defect, replace the item or issue a refund.

In short: if something is wrong – contact us and we’ll resolve it in the smoothest way possible.


9. Additional costs outside the EU

For deliveries to countries outside the EU, customs duties, VAT and other fees may apply according to local regulations. These costs are not included in our prices and are not charged by Lovely Linen.

In short: outside the EU, local fees may apply – check what applies in your country.


10. Disputes

In the event of a dispute, Lovely Linen follows the recommendations of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN). Disputes may also be reviewed by a general court under Swedish law.

In short: we always aim to resolve matters fairly and in accordance with applicable rules.
