How does ordering custom-made linen work?
+Fill in the form above with measurements, quantity and the product you would like. We will get back to you with a price proposal, delivery time and any follow-up questions before we start production. Once you have approved the quote, the product is made according to your wishes.
Can I order any size?
+In most cases, yes. We can adapt curtains, tablecloths, bed linen and cushion covers to your measurements. Some larger products may need to be sewn from several pieces of fabric, as linen has a natural width limitation. We always inform you about this when sending the quote, including how any seams would be placed.
What is the delivery time for special orders?
+The delivery time is normally 1–4 weeks, depending on the product and season. During busy periods it may take a little longer, but we always provide a clear estimate in the quote.
Can custom-made products be returned?
+As the product is made especially for you, the right of withdrawal does not apply by law. If something should be incorrect on our part, such as the wrong measurement or colour, we will of course correct it at no cost.
Can I order fabric samples before deciding?
+Yes, of course! We are happy to send fabric samples so you can feel the fabric and see the colour in your own home before ordering. Order your free fabric samples directly in our webshop.
How is the price of a custom order calculated?
+The price depends on the amount of fabric, type of product and sewing details, such as hems, finishes and hanging solutions. Many custom-made products are close to our regular prices, but we always calculate the exact cost and send a clear price proposal before you decide.
