Returns made easy
Choosing the right colour, texture or size isn’t always easy – we understand that. That’s why we offer free returns on all orders. If something doesn’t feel quite right, simply follow the steps below and we’ll take care of the rest. Because shopping for linen should feel as effortless as living with it.
Request a return label
Email us at shop@lovelylinen.se and we’ll send you a prepaid return label.
Please include your order number – it helps us process your request faster.
Fill out the return form
Use the paper form included with your order to specify which items you’re returning and why.

Pack and send
Pack your items carefully, preferably using the same packaging they arrived in.
Attach the return label and drop the parcel off at your nearest service point.
We’ll confirm by email once we’ve received your return.
Refund
As soon as we’ve received and checked your return, you’ll get a confirmation by email. The refund will then be processed within a few working days – smooth, secure and hassle-free. We want your experience to feel as effortless as our linen feels natural.
You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to make a return. We want you to feel completely satisfied with your purchase – sometimes you need to see and feel the linen in your own home first.
At the moment, returns are free of charge. We’ll send you a prepaid return label – changing your mind should be simple and stress-free.
Would you like a different colour or size? We recommend making a return first and then placing a new order for the item you want. That way you’ll receive the right product quickly – without waiting for the return process to finish.
